Professional life

Competences and Experience

I hold an MA in comparative literature. My primary areas of interest or specialization are the Classics, French, English, English and American literature, cultural diplomacy, philosophy and theology and pedagogy.

My experience includes working as a communications coordinator at the Canadian Centre for Ecumenism in Montreal (2007-2008), teaching language courses at language schools outside of Krakow (2008-2015), tutoring (English, French and Latin). I also worked as a foreign language guide for Wieliczka’s Salt Mine (2009-2016) where I was also responsible for writing scripts for skits and songs for two annual underground galas.

I now take on translation projects, mostly philosophy/theology/history from English to Polish and Polish to English. I am also a lecturer in the English department of Krakow’s Akademia Ignatianum.

How can I help you?

You can contact me if you need a translation of a dissertation/book that matches my area of expertise (English, Polish or French, the humanities: literature/philosophy/theology/history or general topics).

I am also willing to create literary texts if the request fits my interests and skills. For instance, I would be happy to write a text to your music, a script for a show/performance or quality cultural events.

Right now I do not have enough time to offer my services as a tutor of English, French or Latin.
